Bell iphone without a contract

Hi people if you by a Bell Iphone without a contract you are still tied to Bell and they still own the phone. You can not travel and insert a different sim card. That was a big mistake I made. Bell has the ability to unlock the iphone (Bell say they can't and Apple says they can). Its a revolving door with them going back and forth. So my suggestion do not by an iphone from Bell without a contract (paying full price) as you can't do what you want with the phone you have purchased. It's basically a piece of junk.
