I'll go for Android cause there are plenty of free apps you can get from Android Market unlike the iPad. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Tab and it is very handy too.

I already got an iPad 2 but I heard that the next iPad will be announced this month. I would rather wait for it if I only knew that.
