    Default How to jailbreak an Apple iPhone 4S?

    My friend have jailbroken his iPhone and he can do things that I can't with mine. I haven't jailbroken mine cause I'm afraid to do so. What are the advantage and disadvantages of jailbreaking my iPhone and if possible how will I do that? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    The main disadvantage of jailbreaking an iPhone is the warranty of it will be voided. If that isn't a concern I would suggest you go for it. There are many things you can do with a jailbroken iPhone compared to a non-jailbroken one like installing apps that are not available in Apple App Store. You can also unlock the network which allows you to use any sim card with it.

    Thanks for your reply. Does it mean when I jailbroken my phone and something happens with it Apple cannot fix it for me?

    Hmm. Jailbreaking will allow us to be able to access stuff free of charge but I believe it does void the warranty.

    Mine will be out of warranty in couple of months and I want to jailbreak this just to unlock the network of my iPhone 4
