lg365 no ring tones

I have an lg 365 that I purchased for use on the att network it worked fine. Now it will not ring it just vibrates only.any help on to fix it

Have you done basic troubleshooting on your LG 365 cellphone? First, make sure your profile is not on silent mode or any mode that eliminates ring tones and text alerts. The fact that it vibrates only and not ring is a strong indication that you have accidentaly switched your LG 365 cellphone to silent mode.

If after checking that you are not on a silent mode do not solve the problem, try to restore the phone's factory setting.

If all else fails, send it to a repair shop so they can look what's been holding your ring tone volume.
