I have a motorola razr v3xx that the screen has went out on it and I need to save my phone numbers to my sim. I need detailed step by step instructions on how to do this without the screen working. When i mean detailed I will need to know which buttons to push in the exact order and how many times it needs to be pushed so I can save my numbers without the screen working. I tried using the tutorial on this web site but it was not detailed enough. I hope someone could help me. Does anyone know of youtube videoon this subject? I looked and could find one.

Assuming you haven't changed any views, this is how to do it blindly (without a data cable and phone tools or comparable program).
Here's how to do it blind:
1. Menu (Right soft key)
2. Address book (down once then select key)
3. On any entry press the options key (left soft key)...press down 3 times for "Select Multiple To"
4. Press down 4 or 5 times for Copy Phone to SIM (I think it's 4, but not 100% on that).
5. Press Options (left soft key).
6. Select All should be the first option, so just press the select key (left soft button).
7. Press the Right Soft Key for Done
8. Press the left soft key for Confirm
That should do it (if you need to do so without being able to see it).

I found a page that contains a guide which may help you save your contacts number.

@motorola has mentioned problem solving points and if you still face the problem then i suggest you to visit a local mobile shop and spend some money to resolve the issue.

I really do not like saving my numbers on the SIM card. I try to save all my contacts on Google contacts. Google is reliable, unlike other methods of storing your phone numbers.
There's always a risk of you losing your phone & your contacts as well. Once you save your numbers on Google, it stays on Google.
The contacts on Google are easy to Sync to your phone, if it is compatible.

I guess you have got your answer below, Although i would suggest you to use any third party service to save your contacts. This way in case of a mishappening with your cell phone, you will be able to recover all the contacts. Remember some of them are very important that you can't afford to lose.
