A: When you call someone and hear a message that the number dialed does not accept calls from unidentified callers, this means that the particular party does not accept "unknown" or blocked calls. This has to do with the particular phone features selected by the person you are calling. They will have to remove the call block feature from their phone in order for you to reach them using an AT&T Prepaid Phone Card.

Q: Can I use an AT&T Prepaid Phone Card to make a 500, 700, 800, 855, 866, 877, 888 or 900# call?
A: No. Cards cannot be used for toll-free calls, calls for paid services with premium charges, or for operator-handled calls.
Q: Can I place a call from a rotary phone using an AT&T Prepaid Phone Card?
A: No. A touch-tone phone must be used when placing a call using an AT&T Prepaid Phone Card.
Q: Can I use an AT&T Prepaid Phone Card to make a call to Directory Assistance or Information?
A: Most calls to a local directory assistance service (such as area code + 555-1212) cannot be made with your AT&T Prepaid Phone Card as calls made to local directory assistance are charged at a flat rate and AT&T Prepaid Phone Cards are valued in minutes. However, to determine if AT&T Directory Assistance is an available feature, check the menu options on your AT&T Prepaid Phone Card by calling the toll-free Access Number and listening to the prompts. A: An AT&T Customer Service Representative will need to check your AT&T Prepaid Phone Card activity in order to replenish it with the appropriate number of minutes that may have been mistakenly deducted. Please call the Customer Service number provided with your card and be ready to supply them with your toll-free Access Number and PIN.
Q: When trying to place a call, I received a message indicating my AT&T Prepaid Phone Card is not active and the call would not go through. What do I do?
A: AT&T Prepaid Phone Cards activated upon purchase. If you purchased a virtual card on the official AT&T website, contact the number listed on your confirmation email. If you purchased a card at a store, bring your original receipt and card back to the retailer where you purchased the card to ensure it was properly activated. If the card was activated properly and you continue to get an inactive status message, call the Customer Service number on the back of your card and be ready to supply them with your toll-free Access Number and PIN.

A: It is an information service available with your AT&T Prepaid Phone Card, it offers Restaurant Reviews, Movies, Sports, Weather, Horoscopes, Stock Quotes, Yellow Pages and Entertainment all at your fingertips.
Q: How much does Info To Go?
A: Use of Info To Go information services will incur an additional charge to your AT&T Prepaid Phone Card balance. When using your AT&T Prepaid Phone Card, listen to the voice prompts which will tell you the cost before each usage of Info To Go information services.
Q: How does Info To Go work?
A: Whenever you use your AT&T Prepaid Phone Card, just listen for the voice prompts to get Info To Go. Usually after entering your AT&T Prepaid Phone Card PIN, you'll hear a voice prompt something like this:
- To learn more about Info To Go featuring reviews, movie, listings and much more, press STAR.
You'll then hear a voice prompt like this:
For Restaurant Reviews, Movies, Sports, Weather, Horoscopes, Stock Quotes, Yellow Pages and Entertainment all at your fingertips at a cost of only X units per use, press 1.
