About LinkBacksI've been an Alltel customer for several years here in Tampa and am quite happy with my coverage. I've gotten notice that Alltel is combining with the Verizon network and I'm a bit concerned. Anyone here use Verizon in Florida, specifically Tampa? How is the coverage?

I believe I read this deal is actually merging the towers so you should have as good or better coverage moving forward. Although I hate to admit it Verizon has done a nice job with their network.
