Xperia X10 is an Android running smartphone that is packed with 4 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen at 480 x 854 screen resolution, an 8 megapixel rear camera with autofocus, LED flash with touch focus, image stabilization, geo-tagging, face and smile detection feature and it can shoot video at 720p@30fps. It has an internal storage of 1 GB and 384 MB of RAM running Android 2.3 Gingerbread and Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon chipset at 1GHz processor speed.
